BLACK PANTHER | The Famished Road

The Big Picture: Creative Discourse Through Film and Literature is a partnership between Sun-Ray Cinema, Jacksonville Public Library, and the Cultural Council of Greater Jacksonville that gathers people together to discuss films and the source materials that inspired the filmmakers.

In connection with reading Ben Okri’s “The Famished Road,” Sun-Ray Cinema will host a special screening of Marvel’s Black Panther followed by a panel discussion, where panelists will discuss similarities between the film and Okri’s novel.
